You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ink766 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
Most deposits are credited to your account instantly during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 16:00 Western Indonesia Time). Deposits made outside banking hours are typically processed within 24 hours. ink766 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
All funds deposited must be from legitimate sources owned by you. You may not deposit funds obtained through illegal activities, funds belonging to third parties, or funds derived from credit card advances or loans. ink766 reserves the right to investigate the source of large or unusual deposits and may request supporting documentation.
You may set voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) through your account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours to prevent impulsive decisions.
Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for deposits. Withdrawals must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may be processed in installments at ink766's discretion for security purposes.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for regular members, 12 hours for Silver VIP members, and 6 hours for Gold VIP members. First-time withdrawals may take longer due to additional verification requirements. Processing times are business day estimates and may be delayed during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or due to technical issues with payment providers.
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must meet the following requirements:
ink766 does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose receiving fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees.
ink766 reserves the right to cancel or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, we may conduct additional investigation and request further documentation before releasing funds.
Bonuses and promotions are offered at ink766's sole discretion and may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice. Not all players may be eligible for all bonuses. ink766 reserves the right to exclude players from bonus offers if bonus abuse is suspected.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rp 1,000,000 bonus means you must wager Rp 30,000,000 before withdrawing associated winnings. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting software errors, betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity ink766 deems abusive. Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, voiding of winnings, and potential account closure.
All casino games and sports betting markets are governed by their respective rules as displayed on ink766's platform. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or bet you participate in. In case of discrepancies, ink766's official rules take precedence.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ink766 works exclusively with licensed game providers whose RNGs are regularly audited by independent testing agencies.
Sports betting markets are settled according to official results from the relevant sports governing bodies. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or does not take place as scheduled, bets may be voided according to specific market rules. ink766 reserves the right to void bets placed on events with obviously incorrect odds due to technical errors.
If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or a game malfunction has occurred, you must notify ink766 customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. Failure to report issues within this timeframe waives your right to dispute. ink766 will investigate all reported issues and decisions made by management are final.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our control. ink766 reserves the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance or upgrades with minimal notice.
ink766 integrates games and services from third-party providers. While we select reputable partners, ink766 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or issues arising from third-party software. Any disputes regarding third-party games should be directed to ink766 support for investigation and liaison with the provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ink766's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim. ink766 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. ink766 is not responsible for gambling losses. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions, bankroll management, and any consequences of your gambling activity.
You may close your account at any time by contacting ink766 customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
As part of our responsible gaming commitment, you may self-exclude your account for a specified period (24 hours to 6 months) or permanently. During self-exclusion, you cannot access your account, deposit funds, or place bets. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed once activated. ink766 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, provide false information, abuse bonuses, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform. In cases of account closure due to terms violations, ink766 may forfeit your account balance. In cases of account closure not due to your fault, ink766 will return your deposited funds minus any bonuses and associated winnings.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online betting platforms operating in the Indonesian market. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of ink766 services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
If you have a complaint or dispute with ink766, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to ink766 management. Management decisions on disputes are final and binding.
You must bring any claim or dispute arising from these terms within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. After one year, such claims are permanently barred.
